Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all seven Emirates within the UAE:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout the UAE.

Please note:

  • Have the exact cash amount ready whenever possible.
  • Payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before shipment.
  • SLEEKOO reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if available).

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts or cannot reach you, your order may be cancelled.

Repeated refused or undelivered COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

SLEEKOO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
