Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sleekoo.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD Refusal at Door: If you refuse a COD order at the door without a valid reason, your account may be flagged and future COD orders may be restricted. A re-delivery fee of AED 15 may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

Re-delivery Attempts: Our courier will make 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be automatically cancelled.

COD Fee: The AED 10 COD handling fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
